I was issued a refund but I do not see it yet. 

Don't worry your refund is on it's way. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3-5 business to reflect in your account from the date it was issued. If you do not see a refund post to your account after 5 business days please visit our contact page and send us a message. Make sure to include your name and order number to expedite communications. 

How long will it take to get my order? 

All Slightly Rude items are printed to order. Time for production can vary by product. On average we are able to print and ship within 2-5 business days. Shipping times will vary by customer location. 

We do not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date.

When ordering multiple products, some of your items may ship in multiple boxes from our different warehouse locations.

My order shipped, why can't I see tracking information?

Your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as the shipping label is created. USPS can take up to 48 hours to post updated tracking information once the package is received. If you do not see updated information, please check back the following business day.

Tracking says my order has been delivered, but I did not receive it. 

Occasionally we have found that USPS will update a package as delivered, then the package shows up in the following two business days. If you receive a notification your shipment was delivered, but you did not receive it, please wait two full business days. If you still do not receive your package please reach out to us here Contact US please include your order number, the name you placed the order under as well as a brief description why you are reaching out. 

Tracking says my order is being returned to Sender what should I do?

Unfortunately we have no control over packages once they ship. We use USPS as our primary vendor. If you see that your package is being returned to us, Contact Us so that we can assist you. Please include your order number, the name you placed the order under as well as a brief description why you are reaching out. 

 

What Are Your Candles Made With?

Our candles are made with a soy and coconut wax blend that maximizes scent while burning cleaner than paraffin wax. They feature natural cotton wicks and our fragrances are currently synthetic. Each candle is individually hand labeled to order, which allows us to offer personalized messaging. 

Where are your candles made?

Our candles are hand poured in the USA in glass also made in the USA. 

How will I be charged?

Slightly Rude Co is owned and operated by Lawson Studios. The payment method you select at checkout will be charged the balance due for the order. Please note that charges will come from Lawson Studios LLC.
