POLICIES

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled before they ship. Once the order has left our facility we will not cancel the order. If you would like to return the item, please see our return policy below. 

You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If you enter an incorrect shipping address you must contact us before the item ships. We can only make changes to the address while the order is still in our facility. Once the order leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address and will not issue you a refund for the order. 

 

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

We do not except returns on personalized items, unless the item is defective in anyway. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase by providing the name the order was placed under and order number. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping costs will be refunded only in the case of defective items or our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us please include "Refund Inquiry" in the email subject line.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items may be returned and refunded at the sale price cost.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact Us.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless a mistake has been made on our end. In which case we will provide a shipping label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Order is Shipping to Wrong Address

We are not responsible to replace items if you provided an incorrect shipping address. We do not alter shipping addresses. Our system is completely automated. The shipping address you provided is where we will ship. 

If you see that you entered the wrong shipping address, we can update the shipping address before the item ships. Contact US ASAP. 

Shipping address can not be altered once in transit. 

 

Privacy Policy


Your privacy is important to us. We will never share any of your personal information with any individual or third party outside of Slightly Rude, unless it is necessary to fulfill your order. We are committed to your confidentiality.

Slightly Rude takes reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
