Shipping Timeline

Our products are created to order and production can vary slightly, however on average we ship out within 2-5 business days from our location in California. When ordering multiple products, some of your items may ship in multiple boxes from our different warehouse locations.

Slightly Rude does not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2-8 business days of the ship date. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. We have no control over shipping carrier delays.


My Item Was Damaged In Transit

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please contact us within 10 business days by emailing us at slightlyrudeco@gmail.com with a photo of the product along with your order number. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

Where Is My Order Shipping From

We have several warehouses. Most orders are shipped out from our location in the beautiful mountains of California. 

 

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping

We currently do not offer expedited shipping, however if you are trying to get your order by a certain date, please include a date in the customer note section during checkout and we will do the best we can to meet your timeframe, however we may not be able to guarantee it. 

 

My Order Says Delivered But I Don't Have It

On occasion USPS will update a parcel to delivered then the item will show up 1-2 business days after. If your tracking is saying delivered, please allow 2 full business days. Make sure to ask any other person in the household if they set it somewhere. (you would be surprised how often this happens!) If your item is still not delivered after 2 business days, please contact us here. Make sure to include your name and order number.

 

Why Do You Charge for Shipping

We would love to be able to offer free shipping but we are not Amazon. Shipping rates are calculated based on the bulk of shipments we create. Since we are a small company we do not get a big break in shipment prices like larger corporations do. We do save a little and we directly apply those savings to you when you purchase an item. As a small family and friend run business, if we didn't charge for shipping... well we wouldn't have a business for long.
