The candle came in a box that became saturated from the dew of the candle. There was no lid on the candle so it sweat all over the box .

I never received the order and haven’t received a refund. Will never order from this company again

We’re truly sorry to hear that you're still disappointed. As we discussed via email, your order was shipped within two days of being placed. Unfortunately, USPS experienced delays due to weather, and there was a possibility it was lost in transit. We responded to you timely communicating the same day that you reached out with your concerns.

Despite tracking updating to 'delivered,' we issued you a full refund due to the extended wait time and because you claimed you had still not received your order. We have done everything possible on our end.

We wish we had more control over shipping delays, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you feel our efforts were fair, we would be grateful if you’d consider updating your review based on our service and not on that of the postal service.

Fun and Cute LOVE My Candles

The phrases are fantastic and candles are great quality. I went for the larger size and I love them.
